I do use cold green tea in my smoothies instead of water, same with Baby Spinach), Basil
and (Oregano) are herbs I will try to introduce or have in supplements. Also add a spoonful of (Biofibre Organic Prebiotic Inulin high in soluble dietary fibre), gluten & Lactose free). Also add various crushed nuts to smoothies as well as I find it difficult to get all vitamins I think |I should have. Try to follow a Mediteranian diet! Thanks for your help, Rhoda Brook
